WHY THE DOPPER?
- Tap water should become our #1 default drink: no calories, pure and sustainable! When you’re thirsty, a drink of tap water is 100% effective. An added bonus is: no calories and it’s FREE
- The Dopper reduces plastic waste. In a small country like The Netherlands alone, at least 500,000 plastic water bottles are thrown away every day. They end up in the garbage, in the street or in the rivers and seas. Do you know that there is an island of plastic waste the size of France and Spain together floating around in the oceans? And, to produce 1 plastic bottle you need 1 liter of water and ¼ liter of oil! The Dopper will be made for the greater part of recycled and sustainable material, free from toxics. The dishwasher or the brush will clean it again and again!
- The existing water bottles are … well, not quite the thing! Of course you can use a glass and clean it every time, but this is not very practical when you’re on the go. Refilling the existing plastic bottles is only possible so many times before they become smelly and grubby. The Dopper is the ideal bottle when you’re on the go, and – it looks amazing!
- The Dopper supports the ngo SIMAVI. This organisation supports the development of drinking-water projects in the poorest countries on the planet.
- There is a Dopper phone app that shows you the places all over the world where you can fill your bottle with tap water for free.
